Workout Artist – Refunds & Returns Policy
Effective Date: November 1, 2025

At Workout Artist, we want you to love the gear, guides, and goods that support your creative trail life. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — clearly, fairly, and thoughtfully.

📦 Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags or labels attached.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Downloadable digital products (e.g. PDFs, eBooks, digital art kits)
Gift cards
Health and personal care items
Perishable goods (if offered in the future)
Hazardous materials or flammable items

💰 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
Books or printed guides with obvious signs of use
Opened or damaged media (e.g. CDs, DVDs)
Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
Returns received after the 30-day window (at our discretion)

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Recheck your bank account or payment method.
Contact your credit card provider — refunds may take time to post.
Then contact your bank. Some processing delays can occur.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please email hikeandhue@workoutartist.com.

🎁 Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit. Once the return is received, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.

🚚 Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for high-value items. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive items without proof of delivery.
